We hope you loved our products, but if any product, purchased at our online store, doesn’t suit you, and you would like to make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item(-s). Items should be returned unused and with all labels attached.
  2. To initiate a return, fill in the return form below. Please specify your order number and an email, so that the customer service team can get in touch with you with further instructions. We also ask you to fill in the paper return note, included in the box, so that our warehouse can identify the return.
  3. Please note that the return is made at the customer’s expense, and the parcel can be sent with any courier service at your choice. If you send the parcel in the original box, remove all the labels that are on the external side of the box. Please pay attention: When returning from a non-EU country, the broker’s fees in the amount of 35 EUR that are applied to make your return tax-free will be at the customer’s expense.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 working days.

Exchange and refund policy for the items purchased in The Dubai Mall

For your convenience, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchases for their purchase price subject to their below conditions:
1. Exchanges and Refunds are accepted within 14 days from purchasing date.
2. Items must be in their original condition/packaging: unused, unscented, unwashed
3. Items must have the original tags attached at time of exchange or refund.
4. The original receipt must be presented at time of exchange or refund.
5. Cash purchases will be refunded against cash. Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the Bank Credit (Credit/Debit) used for the original purchase.
6. Underwear, sleepwear, swimwear, tights and socks are neither exchangeable not refundable.

If you find any Product defects before using it, you can exchange or refund your purchase.
