We hope you loved our products, but if any product doesn’t suit you, and you would like to make a return, please follow the instructions below:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item(-s). Items should be returned unused and with all labels attached.
- To initiate a return, fill in the return form below. Please specify your order number and an email so the customer service team can get in touch with you with further instructions.
- Please note that the return is made at the customer’s expense, and the parcel can be sent with any courier service at your choice. If you send the parcel in the original box, remove all the labels that are on the external side of the box. Please pay attention: When returning from a non-EU country, any customs charges that may be incurred upon return will be at the customer’s expense.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 working days.
Defective items:
Defective items are non-returnable. If you received such items, contact our customer support team via e-mail [email protected] or in What’s app +442080899055 to resolve the issue. Please attach the photos and a brief description of the issue.
